Marty Remillard (NMLS 343653) is the President and Senior Loan
Originator of High Definition Mortgage Inc. (NMLS
1783476).
Originally from New Hampshire, Marty Remillard served as part of
the 1983 Multi-National Peace Keeping Force in Beirut, Lebanon
while in the United States Marine Corps. When he returned home,
he worked as an award-winning building contractor for over 15
years. As a builder, he searched for funding resources for his
clients. This eventually led to attaining his mortgage broker’s
license as well as his real estate, securities, and insurance
licenses.
After relocating to Florida in 2001, Marty attained his real
estate license to go along with his mortgage license. Soon
afterwards he found himself in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Now with
over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and a
background in investment Real Estate, insurance and securities
licensing, Marty has shifted his focus solely to mortgage loan
origination.
Marty is a long-time member of the Florida Association of
Mortgage Professionals (FAMP). He has served as Chapter
President and on FAMP’s Executive Committee. Marty also received
the FAMP’s 2015 Broker of the Year award and is a past Director
of FAMP’s Foundation/Education A group who helps improve the
growth, professionalism, and education to the licensees in
Florida. His discipline and dedication to his clients and fellow
veterans is second to none.

Having grown up in the real estate business with his father
–Nick
has a thorough understanding of how to get things done
professionally and efficiently.
Nick has his bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate and
Investments. Together the Remillard Team have the experience,
knowledge and personalities to proactively help any persons
looking to buy with financing residential or investment
properties
in Florida.
Joshua Smith (NMLS 2052147) is a licensed Mortgage Loan
Originator with High Definition Mortgage (NMLS 1783476). He was
born in Houston, Texas, but spent most of his childhood into his
adult life here in Southwest Florida. After receiving a
Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Florida, Joshua
worked his way up the chains of command to leadership positions
in both the entertainment industry, as well as in
retail.
He
received many accolades for his performance, before deciding to
pursue a new career direction, leading him to Mortgage Loan
Origination. He has trained under Marty Remillard (NMLS
343653), expanding his knowledge and networking base. His years
in Customer Service industries have aided him in developing
interpersonal skills for communicating clearly and honestly with
customers.
Joshua is passionate about finding the best
options
to suit his clients' needs and ensuring they are comfortable and
confident with their decisions. He prides himself on his strong
work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients
in a timely manner. He is looking forward to new opportunities

Anthony was born in New Jersey, he and his family moved to
Florida in 2005. After high school Anthony joined the Marine
Corps and took part in Operation Enduring Freedom between 2008
and 2012. After transitioning out of the Marine Corps, he
quickly got promoted through the ranks in retail sales.
Anthony attributes his success in sales to the Marine Corps.
Saying that the disciple, integrity and want to help people
instilled by the Corps has allowed him to stand above his peers.
After 7 years in the retail sales field, he decided it was time
for a career change. Upon connecting with Marty and learning
about the mortgage industry he got licensed and has been running
with it ever since.
Taking every opportunity to expand his knowledge base and train
under Marty and Nick, Anthony is excited to provide the best
possible experience to his clients. He is looking forward to

lasting relationships with his clients.
